Alcohol: 11% vol
Total acidity: 6.10 g per litre
Bottle pressure: 2.5 atm.

CHARACTERISTICS

Appearance: dull straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Scent: light, spicy and delicately fruity with grassy hints.
Flavour: tart, fresh and slender with slightly bitter aftertaste.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Great as an aperitif, ideal with fish dishes.
Serve at 6-7 °C, open when ready to serve.
