On the Estate

The patient work of the man in the vineyard takes place throughout the year.
Our vines are planted only on land bathed in sunlight and are prepared for carefully selected grafts that bear fruit after three to four years.
Pruning is done manually by experts to achieve top quality.
The sprouts are tied to favor the perfect ripening of the fruits with a correct exposure to sunlight.
The fruit is harvested by hand when the grapes are fully ripe, this allowing a greater selection of the harvest.
